This one reminds me of my very first (bigger) gig with my punk band Tollwut in 1980 oder 81 - Panzerknacker AG were top of the bill with Marionetz, Die kleinen Strolche and others supporting.
We were loading our gear just to find out that our drummer (and driver) had some beer bons for the Nockherberg-Salvator-Starkbier festival and didn't want to come with us. So we just went there, persuaded the drummer of Dagowops (whom we accidently met at the entrance) to play with us and did about 15 songs in eight minutes without soundcheck and monitors.
I had some beers afterwards and can't remember ir Panzerknacker AG even showed up. Great night.
