Nifty electronic album that opens strong and remains interesting. Not gloomy per se, but dark in a proto-trip hop sort of way. When the violin kicks in on side two there are definite late 70s/early 80s Schulze comparisons to be made, but for that sequence only.
…Personally very pleased to find all the Slap vinyl here at one go. Mr. Nester's minimal soundtracks of the industrial era made mid-rotation on our long-gone local college radio station back in the day, but it wasn't until Projekt released their '98 sampler of his work that I listened more intently. Paired in order, these records fit perfectly on two CDrs.
Here, at Ezhevika Fields, I'm providing information & listening preview samples of lost albums from the past. My only aim is to promote real art & music for some reasons currently unavailable according to my sources. If you are the artist or label & would like the link to be removed just contact me & it will be done.
I'd like to thank all original uploaders; collectors sharing music giving us the unique possibility to explore the culture. Thank you!
