Decidedly, the end of the 70s was a complicated and strange time for rock. Typical disc of these years, the band did not know where to go in musical terms, as usual in those times. Half prog, half proto-aor, half kitsch...
I agree with Alex...
A well-produced record that has everything a good record needs. Hard Rock, but also progressive, melodic moments. That being said, what is so wrong with AOR
